I'm giving this a low rating because of the charging / data port has broken on 3 of my scanners. I have bought several of these and they work great, they're portable, they scan double sided in 1 pass. They do not scan long receipts from stores past 11 inches. I ended up buying another brand for this reason. This scanner was purchased for scanning driver licenses for business purposes.
I couldnt get the scans and the batteries ran out quick

I purchased this product in order to scan receipts to verify purchases after a house fire. This product was not user-friendly and readily available information at Brothers.com was not informative.
Not a good item had lots of issues connecting to computer

This product has a poor resolution for pictures and PDFs and it could be challenging to install if your computer do not have a disk driver.
The biggest problem with this scanner is the battery. It will not charge. The second biggest problem with this scanner is the buggy software.

I thought it would be easier to scan my receipts using this scanner instead of a printer scanner but boy was I wrong it was so difficult to use and it took a long time just to scan a few receipts

Scanner is compact and works well. The quality of scan is better than with my printer.
