Could not get my apple desktop to accept this scanner.
Would not connect to my laptop. Tried getting drivers online and even that didn't work. Returned the following day
needed a quick solution for scanning many documents for bookkeeping. This worked ok, but was not the most intuitive or user-friendly solution. Computer-Side software is lacking, small monochrome screen on the unit itself is too DOS-like and hard to work menus.
This product wants to dump my scans into pictures. I cannot understand why. It causes havoc when I need to send out a scanned paper and I am unable to
using it with desktop computer. maybe its better as a standalone
I returned it. Took me about 5 hours to read the entire manual online and operate this machine.. very complex and unfriendly if you use a mac like myself. Not wanting to buy a larger scanner I opted for this small one and then i wanted to pay $100 more for the wireless which is not really wireless, so you might as well get the cheaper model for $100 and not pay $200. I ended up returning it because it is unreliable and too complex.
Unimpressive, does not work well and the interface is really useless.
Difficult to setup so much that I returned product. Difficulty connecting to wifi & very confusing with all the setup (Felt like I was back in the DOS days!) Bought an "ION SCANNER" that I am very happy with! (Reviewed that product also)
The Brother wireless mobile scanner that I bought doesn't perform like i had hoped. I find myself spending more time trying to figure out where items are being scanned to, and am afraid I will not be able to find them later on when I need to. I envisioned being able to seperate items into folders for easy retrieval when needed. It just doesn't work for me.
