Great experience overall. I hired this company o do an inspection of my new construction home before expiration of the one year warranty. Sean the inspector arrived on time and completed the inspection within the promised time frame. He was very patient and willing to answer all my questions. His report was extremely detailed. Exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely hire them again for any future home inspection needs.

They did a great job scheduling me in, working around my schedule, and changing the time when I had to adjust. The inspection was very thorough and as my first time experiencing this, he did a great job explaining everything and showing me around the house. He also showed me how things worked (water softener, pool, turning the water off, etc.). I will use them in the future for our next home!

Very professional and friendly from beginning to end.They produced a detailed easy to read report with many picture and videos. The staff was all very helpful and available to answer any questions after the inspection was complete. Would highly recommend!

These guys are fantastic! Detailed and thorough. They'll walk you through everything when they are finished and take the time to answer any and all questions. They are quick to get the reports over to you and your agent. A very cool feature is having the ability to build the repair list right from the report. If you are buying a home and need an amazing inspection company , I highly recommend Dwell.

Backstory: We bought a home in Arizona in 2013. Used a different inspection company. The other company didn't tell us anything that was wrong or do a walkthrough and let our realtor tell us what needed to be asked for to be repaired by seller. Had a great experience with a new home inspection. John (inspector) did an outstanding job at explaining his findings and walking me through the priority items. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He practiced social distancing and wearing a mask which was reassuring. I would use Dwell Inspect in the future.
