Good luck trying to get them to stop taking money out of your account when your mortgage is paid off in full! Um, I believe the word for that is theft?

EARNUP is fraudulently company! I has been with Earnup from 2007 for the Equity-Accelerator Auto-Draft from my bank account. To pay for my Lender. For some reason the EarnUp stop to pay for my lender this year on: May 4,2021 for ******* no fund in my bank account. I did go to the bank print out the bank statement to prove to EarnUp on: April 1 over three thousand and from May 1 to May 31,2021 is: $3,833.99 at that time on my bank account. Now I ask the EarnUp where is my First and Last payment money? Their told me No money i... read more

Earnup has made me accrue late payments twice, January 2021 and April 2021 so far. They debit my account on time biweekly but fail to make my payments on time. Very disappointed.

After working with Earnup for our mortgage payments for three years, we found that Earnup had been making our mortgage payments late every month for the entire time. Our mortgage company received the payments a week to ten days late every month. This company withdraws money from your account, keeps it several weeks, then when it suits them, mails (yes, snail mails) the payment to your creditor. They also charge you a fee for the privilege of allowing them to earn interest off your money each month. The only one "earning up" ... read more

I had a equity selector until earn up took over in 10 years my mortgage was never late. With Earn up its been late several times. One person tells me the wire transfer didnt go through the next that the mail was late. I was in the middle of refinancing for a lesser term with lower interest rates and low and behold they paid my mortgage late. I was less than pleased. No one seems to know what is going on. I am gettng late payments and then I have to fill out a form to get the money back for my late payment. Needlesss to say I... read more

Absolutely horrible service they have no idea what they're doing, I called on Tuesday to try and change my payment dates from weekly to bi-weekly I was told that that wouldn't be possible for it to be changed until 2 months from now because of their "system" so at that point I told him find that wouldn't work for me and go ahead and please cancel my account and I will figure this out on my own. He then told me that he would be happy to do that but again because of his "system" we would be unable to cancel the account until a... read more

I wish I could do a negative stars! We had equity Excelerator and paid our mortgage every two weeks and everything ran smooth until 2017 when they merged with earn up. Earn up is a terrible program! Here’s how it works. I have to pay $2.50 for them to take half of my mortgage from my bank and hold it at their bank. Then in two more weeks I pay another $2.50 fee and they take out the remainder of the mortgage and pay my mortgage company. So for the past three years our mortgage has only been paid once a month! This is the big... read more

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Paused my payments for my refinance. Customer service repeated back to me my remaining balance owed. I recorded the call and took a screenshot. Two weeks later I received $4 instead of a months payment that was sitting in my account! Now my account has been wiped and miraculously it isn't showing on their end. I recorded the phone calls and took a screenshot and will be pursuing this further with my lawyer. CROOKED COMPANY. STEER CLEAR!!
