staff were friendly and efficient. the building is cheerful. the vet was calm and very reassuring. given that this was an emergency, it went remarkably well for my pet and me. the environment was very calm. i heard no panicking animals, the waiting room is large, so even if it was crowded the pets would have space. the general feeling of calm and confidence in an unexpected situation goes a long way.

Words cannot describe how amazing East End Vet Center is and was. From the moment you walk in the door seeing the friendly receptionist to having my consultation everyone was just so welcoming. My Vet team was incredible and took the best care of BooBoo. They explained everything so well and really made me feel at ease. Cannot speak more highly of the whole process and staff!!!

The entire staff was so caring and comforting to us. They made our cat Mowglis pasting peaceful and pain-free.
