The doctor and staff were extremely compassionate and calm. They helped my dog who had come down with a bad fever late at night.
This facility is top notch they have an excellent competent staff and really superb veterinarians. The facility is very well run and they know how to deal with emergency situations. Their communication was exceptional all the way through the process as well as being very empathetic. I can't say enough about East End veterinary. Feel very grateful that they are located out here on the east end providing exceptional care and service.

The treatment Charlie received by your staff was exemplary. When we needed to euthanize Charlie, the vet and techs were kind, patient, and empathetic. We were given ample opportunity to spend quality moments with our dear Charlie and want to thank you all for your care and concern. Our Rosie needed surgery for a torn ligament. Dr. Lombardi is a wonderful vet and I highly recommend her. She really took the time to explain all options as well as thorough pricing info. She provided Great follow up after the surgery. Sam and Melissa also took amazing care of Rosie and I very grateful for them & their Expert care of Rosie.
Had a very good experience at EEVC related to a very bad experience with my dog. Communication from the beginning was great, and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care for 3 nights while she was being treated. Every person I spoke with was kind, concerned, and helpful. The surgeon called me directly to explain exactly what and why they were going to take the course of action, and I felt confident with her. I would recommend EEVC for any medical needs for your pet based on my experience.
We took our 1 year old puppy here yesterday after some concerning stomach issues. They took us in right away and we're very informative and open about the diagnosis the entire time. The cost of this emergency trip on a Sunday was more than fair, as if you can even put a price on your pets life...On top of their awesome care they also made sure to inform our regular vet with all the details of the visit! Definitely would recommend East End Vet Center and am very appreciative of their help!
