Everyone was so kind. We unfortunately had to put Noel to sleep and the vet did not do anything unnecessary, knowing her age and history. They made the process kind, loving, they did not rush us with our goodbyes and explained every step of the process. Thank you so much.

We took our 7 year old lab who has an old shoulder injury to see what our options are. We met with Dr Larkin and had an absolutely positive experience. He isn't there to rush you into surgery or expensive scans right away. he took so much time to sit with us and discuss all options, brought in a shoulder model to show us exactly what area the damage is in. Very personable & patient. We left with multiple options for our situation and felt very well informed. I highly recommend Dr. Larkin.

We recently had a medical emergency with our dog, all the more frightening because it was a Sunday afternoon & our local vet's office was closed. We debated whether to go to EEVC in Riverhead or travel an extra 30-40 minutes to the veterinary specialists further west. We decided on EEVC because it was closer & we're very glad we did. The facilities are clean & pleasant, the staff was courteous & helpful, & they promptly took our pet in for treatment. I want to send a huge THANK YOU to Dr. Collins. He helped figure out what was wrong my Lilly. She difficultly breathing well but after X-rays we figured out what it was. The next two days after the hospital were still very difficult. Her breathing improved but she didn't want to eat much and she wasn't able to walk because she had no energy. I didn't see much improvement on this side besides her breathing. I really felt that things may not be good for Lilly but I could see she wasn't giving up. My dog required emergency surgery and I was referred here by my vet. Excellent care. Everyone really friendly and helpful. Vets explained everything very thoroughly and were good about offering options. I have been in the past with other pets and have always had the same opinion. I just wish they were closer to where I live because those late night car rides are killer.

I was an emotional wreck when I brought my puppy in for an emergency. They young man at the front desk, and everyone after that, was very kind and concerned. The facility is very clean.

On the phone, at the reception desk, with the take-in nurse and finally, with the vet (Dr. Jennifer Muscarello) everyone was clear, responsive, caring, knowledgeable and considerate. Teddy was incredibly well taken care of. The issue he was having was explained carefully, the course of treatment outlined clearly. Altogether superb. We are beyond grateful. Everything at each stage. Dr. Muscarello was fanatastic but so was everyone.
