Well the first time I have ever been to this facility I was amazed at the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. My girl was spayed and gastropexy here and everything went wonderful. A call from dr. Next morning to check on DEEVA and to ease my concerns. She stayed overnight and to know that there was 24 hr attention to the pets was calming. Rich was a pleasure to deal with as was Ian an front desk, very attentive. Dr Lombardi spent about a half hour going over the procedure from drawing pic to answering all my questions. ... read more

Dear EEVC Staff, We can't thank you enough for all the hard work and time you put into Vino's health. The past few months had been the hardest months we've ever had to go through. Knowing Vino was in good hands made it easier to cope with his aggressive prognosis. The both of us felt that everyone at the hospital continued to stay positive even at the end of Vino's road. .we called and got an apt with their surgeon Dr who turned out to be Dr Lombardi. She was wonderful and prescribed pain pills for our dog Duke. He had xrays the next week and we were able to get a diagnosis. He had a torn acl And a growth under his backbone. She gave us hope where there was none. Duke has had one shot in spine and will also get a follow up shot. He is doing better and loves long walks. We feel so happy to have found a carrying Vet. Thank you all in East End Vet !

Unfortunately we wound up at east end after our 9 year old cockapoo decided to eat an area rug. It was a pretty touch and go situation but I felt that all the people here were kind, caring and competent. The vets and technicians were all very helpful and explained every aspect of Maggie's care and recovery. She is our baby and we felt comforted that she was with true animal lovers. We were referred here for rehabilitation services for my elderly dog who ruptured her CCL and was not a good candidate for operative treatment. From my first contact including scheduling the appointment, to the assistants, the rehabilitation tech and the doctors, I had the most pleasant and professional experience. There are no words to describe what a wonderful facility this is! The staff is absolutely amazing and I don't know that I could have gotten through my situation without the love and care from Dr. Jaeger and Ian in reception. They as well as everyone at the clinic genuinely care about your unique situation. My general vet highly recommended I take my extremely ill cat to East End and I am so very happy that I did. This review comes after the clinic saved my dog's life. The entire staff was extremely professional and their dedication sets them apart from other emergency clinics. I think it is fair to say that anyone who dedicates their life to helping animals has a big heart, but the entire team at the clinic went above and beyond. My baby Lexi got attacked by another dog last night and east end was absolutely amazing they put her under and stitched her face back up. They were very understanding of me being a crying nervous mommy and called periodically to give me updates. They were honest with their pricing and even issued me a refund for over estimating the bill. Jan at the front desk was exceptional and I just had to give a huge thumbs up thank you so much for everything!!!!
