They were professional and pleasant to work with. However, after my vehicle was damaged by the carrier they pulled the card that because my vehicle is a salvaged the damaged would not be covered. Take not if your vehicle has a salvage title, the carrier can completely destroy your vehicle and this company will not take responsibility.
Truly horrific company. I have never wrote an online review before but I have to warn people— stay away from these people at all costs. They subcontracted the shipping of my car to a shady company that has been holding my car hostage for two days despite the fact that I have the money for them and am willing to to pay anytime. Never ever use this company to ship your vehicle. I live in Michigan. Diy transport is supposed to deliver my car in Savannah GA on September 6th. They asked me to keep the car ready on August 29. After so many calls from me, on 5th afternoon they told me they don't have a driver. I was leaving to Savannah on 5th evening. They asked me to leave the car on my driveway with the key inside. I used DIY when I moved from GA to OH . I had multiple items to ship which was dispatched to three different companies. The first of which consisted of two cars . They were picked up on time and delivered on time . My 80 year old parents were at drop off location and saw nothing wrong and paid the driver. When I arrived and went to clean the vehicles one was fine the other had slight damage to passenger side mirror. DIY Transport give me a quote to transport my car , I also give them a credit card as payment. The following day the call to say the transaction was cancelled and the employee that give the quote was fired. Off course the price changed over night from $500. To $650 . All bunch of lies. Never recommended!
This is not slander/defamation (see bottom of review for legal definition) but a statement of facts of events that occurred. 1) My vehicle was booked on 12/26/2016 for shipment from Colorado to Texas in the amount of $455.00. For anyone shipping their car do NOT use DiyTransport. Idk what type of business they're running but they picked my car up Wednesday, told me it would be at my door no later than Sunday. Sunday gets here and they said Monday. Monday(today) turned into tomorrow. Mind you the driver passed through my town without calling me and drove straight to Newark. Customer is speaking mainly about the Carrier Company we did not arrive late or damaged the vehicle. I personally spoke with this customer this morning and I am filing a claim with the carriers insurance company as we speak to help this customer even though we are not at fault we try to compensate and help customers in any and every way we can .
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The only decent person here is Robert and even he's not enough to deal with these bunch of rude people. First, I switched from another company because they said they could get my 3 vehicles booked and moved in a timely manner and for a better price, so I switched. Lied about pick up date in order to secure broker fee. When specifically aske if the driver was going topics up on date X and not a window, the dispatcher J****** lied and said the driver will be there on X. Once there fee was collected, and they sent drivers info, I contacted the driver who said he would not pick up until X+3 or 4 days and that's day X pick up was never an option. Diy Transport has yet to return my call.

The inaccuracies on this review are overwhelming. Them main focus of this post is about dates. Yet, you define them as date "X". We as brokers main goal, be definition is to join parties together for a fee. The customer stated that a driver was assigned in his statement. He was given all of the docs were emailed to him to coordinate with the driver. On a side note, it does read in our website that is to your benefit to place your order at least two weeks in advance to avoid situations like these.
