I scheduled a pick up date for my car 30 days in advance. During that time my order was reassigned twice. Both members assured me they were working diligently on getting a carrier dispatched to my town. However, on the day of the pick up, they were still struggling to find a carrier and in the end after calling multiple times the person assigned (*************************) to my order left for the day and never follow up with me. Getting setup was easy, they were able to find me a truck company fairly quickly and they came to pick up my vehicles on the first day I had selected. Everything was smooth at the beginning but then the truck broke down half way. I contacted the driver and everyday was the same answer that the truck would be fixed that day. When I contacted easy ship they didnt really know what exactly was happening and it didnt seem like they were proactively doing anything to help the truck get fixed or get another truck. EasyAutoShip on-line quotes are total lies and misleading customers. After I got quotes on-line, I turned around called them, the price went up by more than $200! They do not honor their on-line quotes, even the quote is still within validity period. They stated that the on-line system / quotes are inaccurate. Easy Auto Ship Lost control of 2 autos being transported from ******* to **** **********. Easy Auto Ship was paid, Easy auto Hired a company to Haul the Autos who broke down. Easy auto ship failed to have the ***** DELIVERED . After One month the autos are still missing and Easy Auto will do nothing to resolve the issue .

they will not back you for damage. They fish for any transport driver going where you want your delivery and take their portion of up front payment and you pay the delivery driver cash on delivery ...that is cash only. If the driver damages your car, it is up to you to collect from the driver. Easy Auto Ship will not support your claim. They tell you they are not liable for anything.

Very disappointed. I chose Easy Auto Ship because the Rep seemed nice and knowledgeable, but we ended up being very disappointed. We gave two time windows, and they couldn't meet either one. I called several times and was politely told that they were working it, but nothing happened. We ended up having to make other arrangements to ship my car because Easy Auto Ship couldn't. .If you choose Easy Auto Ship to ship your car, make sure you have a backup plan.**************

"Not so Easy Auto Ship". My daughter was moving from just north of ****** to ***************, ******* on September 3rd, 2021.We made arrangements with an agreed price almost 1 month in advance that the car would be picked up between August 27th and September 1st as she was flying out on Friday, September 3rd.
