Car was not delivered on time . Should be called easy my a** shipping
After choosing and then cancelling another auto transport based on terrible reviews and lack of a legit contract, I called Easy Auto Ship. They have a professional setup that includes a down payment and paperwork (something most auto transports don't do). There was no surprise price increase, and my vehicle arrived two days earlier than scheduled. I recieved constant updates from the agent. I would not recommend anyone else!
Before this move, I had no experience whatsoever with shipping a car and had no idea what to look for or expect. I spent about a month looking at various companies and trying to figure out what I should know before booking. Things I learned: 1. Most, if not all, these companies are brokers. You cannot book directly with the carriers. You book through broker and usually your deposit goes to them. Do not use this company. Hidden fees no communication. Use at your own risk!
Would not recommend them!! Communications stopped the moment they got my $$. Di d not know what was going on with the carrier they booked my vehicle on! Terrible
Many issues with driver, DID NOT deliver to residence. Having not shipped a car, learned that some disclosures or issues that can arise do not get mentioned early. Driver never contacted me, I had to reach out. Once pick up date was established, never heard from driver till day after pick up was supposed to happen. I never expected that between moving across the country and starting a new job that shipping my car would be the most stressful part. Currently spending my last day home figuring out another company to ship my car because Easy Auto Ship failed at doing so. I initially spoke with Brandon a month prior to pick up, who seemed to have fallen off the face of the earth a few days before my car was supposed to be picked up. We were told the car would be picked up on a Wednesday or Thursday and would be called the day before. So when we weren't called Tuesday we assumed it was Thursday- that is until we got a call a little after noon on Wednesday saying they would be there in 2 hours!
