In the beginning everything went greatvery competitive quote and the account rep responded quickly to my questions. However, I was told we would get a call from the auto transporter 1 week before they pick up the car to tell us which of the 3 pickup window days the driver would be there. That never happened. I was also told on the pickup day the driver would call an hour in advance. He did not, nor did he ever show up. Horrible experience with this company. I called them on the 26th of April saying I needed my car shipped by the 14th of May. They said to set a window of (if I recall correctly) 5 business days, so we set it from May 7th to May 14th. The representative I worked with, Lindsey, was very unresponsive during the whole process and I could almost never get ahold of her. After getting a quote for $1200 to transport a 1970 super bee from Boston to California, car waited 30 plus days and I end up paying $1800, after getting a driver set up for this trip, driver called me and said that he’s gonna charge me an other $190 dollar cause he needed to hire a tow truck . So $1990 total so far. And then 5 days later, driver show up with car but no documents for the car that were handed to him by person who I purchased the car from. In a nutshell the car was ready for pickup February 21st. It did not arrive until March 11th, leaving me stranded in a new apartment, new city, new state. Worst experience ever with a company.

My car was received two weeks late due to carrier breakdowns. When I received my car the back left bumper was separated from my vehicle. I just filled out a form and sent it to this company so will follow up to see if they repair it. Not too happy right now.

The experience with Easy Auto Ship was horrendous. We selected Easy Auto Ship due to its reviews and the service from start to finish was horrible. They failed to book a car until after we had moved across the country. We had issues with the driver, but the representative and company were never reachable or responded to emails or phone calls. Once they receive a deposit, you cannot expect to be able to reach them or communicate about your order. They also falsely advertise how you can receive the car. They booked for deliver... read more

First, let me say that I got what I paid for - my truck moved from one state to another. 5 stars on that part. Secondly, if that was all I had to review, then not another word needs to be said. However, outside of the actual move itself, the customer service and treatment by the transport companies should be reviewed (A1A Transport.) Salesman are pleasant to deal with (of course) but when you have to deal with the actual movers, be prepared for terse and unpleasant interactions. Terrible. They didn't know where my car was, they told me that it was delivered when it hadn't been. They don't have GPS tracking. They hung up on me several times. If your rep is Daniel R***** BEWARE. He's not responsive, doesn't give you updates on anything, and hangs up on you when you call him directly. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.
