I continue to use and recommend you, because you have honored the guarantees. My concern is that the original electric gun treatment didn't work in all cases. A year after treatment one window frame was so badly damaged by termites that it had to be replaced. You came back and injected it with poison before we replaced it, which seems to have worked. The best thing was the Inspectors - they know "their stuff", patient in explaining to me the whats and the hows. Secondly, the staff sent out to deal with my problem was also professional and courteous. However, I am not happy with the subcontractor Ecola used for termite treatment - they were rough, not professional, and does not do a good 'retreat' - meaning in removing tent and cleaning up.
