The best meal we’ve had in a long time and one of our new favorite restaurants! Such thought and care has been given to everything from the service, drinks, food, to decor. The food is imaginative and modern, while elevating familiar classics masterfully. Dishes are beautifully executed and presented. Drinks were well balanced and delicious. Truly spectacular meal.
Four of us ordered the tasting menu on a Thursday at 7:00. My second time. My friends first. Everything tasted good. No complaints there. Only complaint is the dishes came out too fast. Too fast like a new one arriving before we were done with the previous one. Kinda felt like we were being rushed. Which is a bummer for Edo since it meant less time ordering more cocktails. BTW, their take on mules is nice Chefs tasting included (from what the gin and tonics allow me to remember) Watermelon gazpacho Oyster(I think the tokio) ... read more
Overall this place was an interesting experience. We did the 10 tapas tasting option which was fun and unique but didn't care for all the courses. They came out a little fast and had some very assertive flavors for our palette. The service was top notch and wine was good albeit a little pricey. They were very nice and accommodated a food allergy as well.
We had a wonderfully inventive and delicious dinner at Edo. Based on our server’s recommendation we ordered the Chef’s ten course tasting menu. Each plate was beautifully presented and we enjoyed everything. The cocktail menu was also great.
100% worth leaving the strip to go to this gem of a restaurant. This dinner will be remembered.
Friends birthday
We had a wonderful time. We did the 10 tapas tasting menu. $45 per person, the tostada was probably my favorite.
Excellent food and service
Food & service was amazing. We sampled the Gin & Tonic bar & had the Monkey 47 Gin. One of the bast G & T's ever. The tapas tasting was for $45 per person, a great way to sample the excellent & varied dishes. Only issue is parking. It is a very small shopping center with absolutely no parking. We had to circle the lot for 10 minutes to find something It was WELL worth the effort.
