My husband and I together with our friends who live in Las Vegas were so delighted to discover EDO as we love authentic and creative Spanish cuisine. It's about time there's a restaurant of this nature for locals and visitors alike. Everything was delicious and we are now fans. Bravo!

Hmmm, if I could summarize my culinary experience in one word it would be “resplendent”. I am a chef, my wife has been a chef and my brother in law is a chef instructor at a private academy outside Boston. We were in town taking a brake from the snow back east and out of all the culinary wonders here in Las Vegas this is bye far the greatest culinary hidden gem experience off the strip “in a strip mall”. Never judge a book bye it’s cover, trust me your senses will thank you!
Everything is just wonderful. Sangria is refreshing and all tapas are delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
