First time at a terrific Spanish tapas restaurant. Delicious food, lots of options, and VERY gluten-free friendly, if needed. We chose our own dishes, but there's also a reasonably-priced tasting menu. Will definitely return when I'm in town. If wine is your thing, ask for the reserve wine list. Shout out to Michael for great service.
We are coming back here every time we are in Vegas but this time definitely not the same.
We tried the tasting menu. Great ingredients selections, great presentations, great portion size, great flavors, great service.
I had such a phenomenal time at EDO. Paulo was my main server, but I was well taken care of by multiple members of the staff. All of their gin & tonic's were refreshing and went down a little too easily. I had the tasting menu experience to try as much as possible, and it was well worth the cost.
