Extremely flavorful dishes! We were encouraged to visit here from our server at Anime, the sister restaurant. Great service, staff, and the food was delicious and artistically presented.

The ambiance was a perfect balance of lively yet chill. Tasting menu was an impressive mix of flavors. I have a rice allergy and the talented Chef was able to pivot without hesitation and create a beautiful vegetarian fideua on the spot. A memorable meal!

We tried the crispy potatoes, sashimi, chicken and prunes, lobster fideua, and Frito misto andaluza. It was all sooo good! The potatoes were a vertical layered format with delicious spicy sauce. The sauces were amazing on all the dishes, especially the one for the lobster dish. We had wonderful gin and tonics and the service was so attentive and helpful. A wonderful experience!

Excellent tapas restaurant. Went off strip to try Edo, one of two well-regarded restaurants with the same owner in Las Vegas. Everything we tried — from the gazpacho amuse bouche to the bikini sandwiches to the bravas potatoes to the brussels sprouts to the tomato bread — was superlative and the service was top-notch. An unassuming space in a strip mall that, in our opinion, serves tapas superior to Jose Andres’ Jaleo and Julian Serrano’s eponymous strip restaurants.
