Still, The locker room is dirty. Lots of dust on the sauna floor. Frequent out of order equipment. To much people at the yoga class. Kids club--- Young girl staff is not monitoring, but doing own homework. My kid got suffered there. They let the children use scissors without being monitored. Danger and Not safe. I will edit this post if I see the improvement.
Great gym, but the child care is horrible! If you don't care about your kids safety, then enjoy the gym ... It is great. Unfortunately I can't enjoy all the club has to offer because I cannot leave my kids in the play center.
Gym was alright. Not enough equipment. Dark and the atmosphere isn't where it should be for a gym. Should have lights music going and smiling staff. Its all about Cal Fit in Folsom.
At a Basic level this facility falls very short. I have been a member of this gym for a few years and just recently canceled my membership for two reasons. 1. I have been not going, prioritizing work over exercise... 2. When I did go, the experience and value was not there to justify the costs. My opinion, this facility was "spotless, new, hip and the IT place" when it opened over 5 years ago. We were members for a few months and found the staff not very friendly nor helpful to us new gym folks. We canceled our membership by email. They continued billing us as they said our email was not "signed!" They have sent us to collections even though we gave the required 30 day notice. Stay away... Dissatisfied customer
