I have been a member for the last 5 years and for another 5 years after a break and always like how clean and well maintained the club was as well as very friendly staff. When they closed due to pandemic I stayed as it is not there fault they had to close. Then they re opened and did not follow through with safety measures. Reservations what a joke no one asked anyone to leave when their time was up or even let you know it was up. People were not wiping equipment nor wearing masks after they got past the check in desk. I understand their is a pandemic and gyms have rules. What's annoying is when gym staff profile people and don't require everyone to follow the same rules. The place is great if you're a middle aged white person. I don't recommend if you're a teenager or someone in their early 20's, someone with very young kids, or a person of color based on my personal interactions and repeat observations of the staff. On the phone for thirty minutes and I was still on hold. If they cannot answer the phone not a good p;lace to work out. Horrible patron service
Too many kids and over 70 people. A lot of weight slammers and loud talkers. No thanks!

I just cancelled my membership today. I was getting billed $65.00 a month and it just went up to $80.00. I called and talked to Hazel and she informed me that $65.00 was a special for 6 months, now it's $80.00. I say ok then I'd like to cancel my membership. Hazel says ok she'll let me know when there's a special again. Wow, so rather than work with a customer it's just ok see ya. This sports club seriously is not work $80 a month! Nice gym . Clean and nice staff. One complaint I have is we bring our grandfather to work out here and he uses a walker . There isn't a handicap auto door opener . The doors are very heavy and there isnt any help to open the door . One other complaint is in the mens bathroom the handicap stall is all the way at the end of the bathroom . It makes it very hard for a handicap person to use the facility's . I would recommend anyone that is handicapped to look for a more handicap friendly place .
I enjoyed coming here and bringing the kids, but was bedrested from pregnancy 2 months ago. I called the center at the time and explained I was disabled and needed to freeze my account. I was told I needed to come in. I explained again I was on bedrest and couldn't, and was told that was my only option. In the meantime my credit card was reissued and the club charges declined. This place is run by a corporation that is out to make a buck come h*** or high water. When I looked into rejoining after a hiatus of over 6 years, having previously been a member for over 5 years, I was told that I had an outstanding balance from over 6 years earlier. I had canceled my account and dropped it off at the front desk. They said they never received it and continued to try to charge me for 2 months that I was never there, eventually sending it to collections. I never paid it because I never owed it. Do not join this gym if your African American. They treated me very bad and different than other guest. I went into the gym to see how much a membership was and one of the woman told me I can't tell you the price you have to wait for the marketing team. She told the other front desk not to help me out. So I decided to join a different gym. Do not go to this gym.
