If I could give them 0 stars I would. This sports club has no sort of integrity. Their employee did not follow their policies and procedures and they are making me pay for months of charges with no kind of accountability for the mistake their employee made! I offered to negotiate something with them and they refused. This club is absolutely terrible with customer service and they have no idea how to keep a good reputation. Terrible!!!!

Unfortunately, if there is no signed document of cancellation then there is no action to follow in cancelling your account prior to this being an issue. We understand your frustration and hear your concerns, but we don't have documented proof of the cancellation.
There seems to be a pattern of folks loitering on the exercise machines (not actively doing reps) or on their iphones checking their Instagram feeds of late. But the surprise is when you ask someone who is sitting on the machine (not actively doing reps) if their done with their rep, they get indignant, confrontational and act as if they own the machine. I joined this club 2 months ago, and I am wholly unimpressed with it. It doesn't have nearly enough equipment for the number of people. The teenagers take over the gym in the evening, and all they seemingly do is squat on a piece of equipment and look at their phones. Literally no gym etiquette. I joined for the close proximity which makes it convenient, but now I am beginning to look around for something better.

way too many kids, most of which just sit on the machines looking at their phones when there's not enough machines to begin with. Overall, it's a very small gym. Worth maybe $45/month, but certainly not $90! Wish there were price differences for what you use, as I do not care about the pool or any classes. Hoping a 24 hour or something else opens up soon. The location (close to my house) is the only reason I've stayed.

I go here because it's the closest gym to my house, but would not recommend. Wayyy too many people. Every weight machine was being used today and on multiple occasions so I just left. The cardio room always has availability though. I do spin classes regularly but there aren't any available in the evening fri, sat, or sun so half of the week really. Also the sanitizing wipes are empty a lot of times. I don't mean to leave a mean review but I just think it's very expensive for what it is.

Staff is rude. Its overpriced for what you get. Pool is often closed. Not really sure how they justify the price. I for family membership so kids could go swimming but pool is never open.
The club punishes the majority for the few that leave the pool too late. With that, pool hours close 30 minutes early. Plus, the hours are way too short on the weekends. But they blame COVID and lack of resources which is BS. The reason I am pissed is because they enforced this new rule without any prior notification. I was turned away tonight, June 30, 2021.
I have been a member of the Sports Club in El Dorado Hills for 3 years, primarily because of it's close proximity. But, yesterday I received an email saying that they were reactivating my membership and even if I didn't feel comfortable coming back yet they were going to charge me a $15 A MONTH FEE! I have been a member for the last 5 years and for another 5 years after a break and always like how clean and well maintained the club was as well as very friendly staff. When they closed due to pandemic I stayed as it is not there fault they had to close. Then they re opened and did not follow through with safety measures. Reservations what a joke no one asked anyone to leave when their time was up or even let you know it was up. People were not wiping equipment nor wearing masks after they got past the check in desk.
