The machines aren't kept up, they just changed the tv service to the base package of Comcast business class so you can't even watch the tv shows that you're used to and the cafe constantly is cooking smelly food that stinks up the entire bottoms floor of the gym. It's expensive and with the new lifetime fitness open, I just can't justify coming here. The women's locker room is s mess... the toilets are always overflowing so it smells and three out of the five showers don't work so there's always a line waiting for a shower in the morning. Get a decent plumber and get it fixed!!!
I go in for a membership. The front desk manager is a total joke, I've never seen such a bitter person to the maintenance staff, (so rude to them and I'm sure not very good for employee moral, which can lead to member disappointment.) then turns to me and gives the fakest "hello" and smile a person can muster. Moving on, I meet with this brittish lady, who came off very nice at first, but as the tour went on, pointed out to passing staff what they were doing wrong.. Poorly designed, poorly managed health club. Mens locker room generally filthy, design ensures you will have someones butt in your face while you dress. Toilet stalls directly behind the THREE sinks. Nothing like shaving while someone grunts one out 3 feet behind you. 'Workout area packed. No place to stretch. Machines rarely cleaned. Most of the employees are miserable(and it shows). Management disconnected and uninterested. I'm off to Lifetime the minute it opens........
Rudest front staff I have ever seen. When I walk in and smile and I'M the one who says how are you first with nothing said back from the staff is extremely rude and I will be ending my membership here. Very disappointing!
I was pleased with the sports club, front desk friendliness, facilities and women's locker room. It was clean, the other areas had a lot of work out machines but no coffee at early hours. I used the facilities for a week to get in my early morning lap swim. I enjoyed talking with the Master's swim team coach on Thursday at 6 AM. She was warm and friendly. I've been a member here for years and the cleanliness and the upkeep of the gym has gone from great to down right gross. I honestly feel I pay too much money to have to deal with all the things that are not in working order, the old equipment, the paint practically chipping off the walls and the dirty floors...just to name a few. I would appreciate that this matter be seriously looked into. If not, I am ending my membership.

Gym is average. Not impressed by the members. Hardly anyone re-racks weights. Those that do can't figure out how to rack weights in an orderly fashion. I've seen plenty of people leave dumbells and mats on the ground rather than putting the equipment back where they found it. I've been a member of 10+ gyms over they years and this is by far the worst gym ettiquite I've seen.
I went in ready to sign up for a membership since I live nearby. The way I was received by the staff was unbelievable. I had called a week before to inquire about basic info, but the marketing person was not available (and the person on the phone would not give any info) so I decided to stop in when I found some time today.
