This is the Sports Club to join if you want to get fit without the gimmicks. The staff are professional and helpful and really know their stuff. Whatever your age, body shape or ability all are welcome and made to feel comfortable. This Sports Club is extremely well equipped. I love this gym! It has everything I need as far as weights and cardio equipment. A great variety of classes from strength training, cycle, cardio and yoga. Friendly staff and experienced personal trainers. Today I was able to try compression sleeves on my legs with one of their trainers, Alex. It was a great treatment to stimulate blood flow and recovery.

Love This club! It offers such an amazing variety of classes and the open gym is so spacious and great airflow! You never feel crowded and definitely feels very clean. Staff is great! Alex Rodriguez is awesome! He's also a personal trainer. Best club I've been to

My brother and I recently joined this gym to get back into fitness after too long of a break away. We set up a time for a tour of the facility and it was a very welcoming and warm experience. They hottub have everything you would need - a pool, hottub, basketball court, locker room facility with toiletries and a sauna, towels, and a bunch of different machines to choose from. I like this club. It isn't huge and it isn't the newest but...it has everything I need (cardio, weights, sauna, basketball, pool) and the management is excellent. I say that because I have asked them to make two changes - stock women's basketballs since I shoot around with my daughters, and put a thermometer inside the sauna - and they actually did both! It's refreshing nowadays to have management listen to and take action based upon customer feedback. It's sad how something as simple as this makes all the difference in the ... read more

Pretty nice gym. Clean inside and has everything you really need. It's kind of pricey but it's a great gym and there is always plenty of parking.

Following Covid our original home gym of California Family fitness was still not a valid option as two years later they were still a mess operationally and had no daycare. Although we had moved to an independent gym with no daycare, we wanted to go back to a gym that had an operating daycare. We opted to try the El Dorado Hills sports club. The gym is quite small, but gets the job done. COVID focused review - I was pretty happy with EDHSC before, during, and now *almost* after the pandemic. The gym is very clean and especially during the pandemic. I can't imagine it's a fun job to ask people to keep their masks on as they work out, and they don't - I find myself being the only person in the free weight area wearing one every time I'm there. The staff was pretty on top of wiping down equipment during October-January but as the equipment came back indoors, I don't see anyone wiping down equipment anymor... read more

So... Judy S in her review is complaining and comparing this club to Lifetime??? Sorry Judy but they are not the same-- Lifetime is 3 times the cost, so yes, they are fancier and upgraded... and you pay for it. El Dorado hills is not as trendy in my opinion... however it is clean, machines work fine, less crowded, the instructors are awesome and the staff is kind and caring-- all at a third less cost!! So it just depends on what the customer is looking for. No need to try and blast these guys like you did- might want to try ... read more
