The staff is awesome-always friendly and eager to help. The facility is fantastic- from the pools hot tubs and gyms. The only improvement I would recommend is more steam in the steam room.

This place is pretty nice though they could use some upgrades on the equipment especially since the membership is on the high side. They should be more comparable to Lifetime Fitness. I enjoy the views while doing cardio upstairs and they have some good classes. I also love swimming there. There's some very nice staff members and some that management should pay attention to a little closer. Overall, I give this place a 4. With some small changes, I'd give it a 5.

I live out of the area, have joined many clubs in the bay area...in my opinion, this IS the best club! Clean locker rooms that are constantly monitored and cleaned, clean swimming pools, one lap pool and one family pool with constant upkeep...I love coming up to the front desk and being treated like I am one of the best members...indoor basketball court, great workout equipment...they even have a healthy snack bar!...two hot tubs, one for children one for adults consistently well maintained...and the views from the pool and ... read more

Friendly, pleasant, helpful staff. Well-maintained and clean. Grandson LOVES the (well-supervised) "Kids Club" upstairs with video games, air hockey, pool table, homework help, etc., while grandma takes classes upstairs or uses exercise equipment downstairs. Afterward, we've enjoyed the larger pool, too. (There is also a lap pool, only for the serious swimmer.)

Pros: - Lots of cardio equipment, including treadmills that have fun features such as emulating a run on a Hawaiian beach. - Wide variety of classes at all times of day - Pools, hot tubs - Steam room and dry sauna - Basket ball court - Friendly Staff - Huge locker room/shower area with everything you need to get cleaned up after a workout Cons: - As other reviewers mentioned, the other gym members are very bad about re-racking weights. It's always clean and front desk staff is very friendly. I believe this gym offers all you need from variety of groupex classes to Spa experiences.

I was a member for over a year. I mainly used the cardio room to walk or run 5 miles and occasionally I'd swim laps in the pool. The cardio room was always stifling hot and sweaty, they really need to do something about the air conditioning in there. The pool is a nice area but lack shade - need more umbrellas, and the lap lanes are good, but I wear goggles and could clearly see the pool bottom as I swam along, and just about every time I was there, there were used band aids littering the pool floor.
