The new renovations are great! It's always clean and the staff is nice. I'm not a fan of gyms at all and I like coming here. I would recommend this gym to all my friends.

The EDHSC is a beautiful club with great offerings: 2 pools, a spa, sauna, 2 floors of cardio equipment, lots of machines/weights, and lots of classes -spin, yoga, and a basketball gym + child care. It's also conveniently located! Nice staff too.

Sports Clips did a great job on my 12yo son's hair. He loves the MVP treatment! Service was very friendly and listened to what he wanted. Overall I highly recommend. He usually hates going for a hair cut but say 'ok' to SportClips.

This is a decent enough gym with a nice outdoor pool and two hot tubs. We joined it because it is part of spare time sports clubs and we play tennis as Broadstone but the equipment isn't great here. Recumbent bikes always taken, sometimes broken. Out of date machines too and there are often lots of teenagers just dangling on the machines and in the stretching area. But if you come at the right hours it gets the job done.

Love this sports club! Excellent kids care, has made all the difference for me to workout. My son loves going and has been in their care since he was just under a year old. The spa is also a wonderful retreat.

Recently joined EDH Sports Club mainly due to its location. But now that I've had couple weeks going there, I found it to be a much nicer gym than the 24hour fitness in Folsom that I was going to for years -- in terms of conditions of the equipment, the variety of group classes offerred, and the facility itself. The workout rooms have big windows and ceiling fans, which make the workout rooms much more airy (24hour has neither). I really enjoy this gym and all its amenities (many classes, nice equipment, clean, friendly staff), but my review is really for the wonderful childcare center. I have a baby and a toddler who go to the childcare center here and I can't say enough good things. The staff is so warm and friendly and seem to really love being there. My toddler often has a difficult time separating from me and the childcare staff is really helpful in engaging him in an activity and checking in with him. This review is for a special event only. I came here for a Zumba ZIN Jam Session and was pleased with the facility. Plenty of parking in the large parking lot, friendly desk and support staff, and towel service. Our session was held in a nice big studio with loads of full-length mirrors. Sound was good, and there were bubble lights strung along the mirror to make more of a "party" atmosphere when overhead lights are off. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely check out their group fitness offerings and gym equipment.

My wife and I are regulars, both at the gym and the play center for our 3.5 year old and 14 month old. This place may not be the fanciest or have cool water slides, but it is super clean and has amazing staff. We have so much trust in all of the people who work in the play center.
