It's an older casino and it looks it. The hallways are noisy as we were put in a room next to the elevator and ice machine! Other guests would let their doors slam shut at all hours!! At every restaurant in the casino, the hostess' were unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be there! However the food at La Strada and Iciban's Steakhouse was great. Homeless people was also an issue (as is in many areas of the US today, sad!) The Cabaret Show at the Eldorado was excellent! Next time however we'll plan a trip to Las Ve... read more

Cleanliness was ok. There was a used towel left hanging in the bathroom and a used coffee cup behind the door. Daily room service was an option, we opted out. The hotel service did bring additional towels when we asked but didn't take the used towels. There were no USB outlets in our room. Definitely felt I overpaid for the room.

Great Hotel The hotel staff was amazing, from the front desk to valet. I had a blast st the Blackjack Tables with the dealers. Will be coming back!!!

The Biggest Little City First time in Reno. We stayed at Eldorado to get the Las Vegas vibe. Overall it was a great experience until I wanted to shower the next day and no water came out! Ugh… front desk was not apologetic at all. That’s when things went downhill. Okay but on the flip side.. great restaurants, had a good time at the casino and River Walk.

All staff members we had contact with were excellent! Housekeeping was fantastic! Room very clean, extra effort was taken to keep our room clean and restocked with towels, and even coffee! We stay here offered and have never been disappointed!
