Nice and simple. I asked for the Mountain View from the room but got the city/building view instead. Clean, had everything we needed.
Poor I booked 2 rooms ， but the front-desk clerk provided only 1 room，He refused to issue the 2nd room to my friend ，forcing him to book a room at high price. The hotel has charged me for 2 rooms，but failed to provide 2nd room. When I contacted the hotel regarding this matter, they evaded responsibility, forcing me to spend time and energy trying to resolve the issue.
Was very unhappy with our stay and won’t stay there again. Too many other hotels in the area that offers better service Stayed on the 9 th floor and lack of hot water for a shower, unable to turn off the HVAC system. Ran constantly! Terrible Dirty rundown two of four elevators in our tower not working, escalators down some services only open three or four days a week very surprised this hotel is in business Nothing
Nice Pool was a little disappointing. I expected more from a rooftop pool. I also can never understand why the pool is closed before night. Nice location. Room was clean
Not sure I’ll be back The air conditioning not running properly. Hot and sweaty, very uncomfortable. Room cleanliness questionable, called for luggage rack never came. Requesting maid service daily, didn’t see them until late in the day Location, restaurants, show and atmosphere is great
