Woken up at 230AM by fire alarm At 230AM the fire alarm went off repeatedly for about 20mins. the alarm stated it was a false alarm, and nothing needed to be done. This alarm was EXTREMLY LOUD and it made it hard to go back to sleep. In the morning there was no explanation and nothing done regarding this inconvenience. When we called the front desk, they stated they knew nothing about the fire alarm going off. location & price was good. clean rooms.

Unfortunately, will not stay there again because the accommodations were very outdated dirty and not what I am used to Room was very old smelt like marijuana called for staff. Had to use my phone and text because the phone in the room did not work. Location

Bad
Bad Every thing was nice until I came down sick with Cellulitis's . I came back home after our stay and two days later I had to go to the hospitals from Cellulitis all over my legs . The doctor said it probably from dirty sheets that hadn’t been cleaned. Now I’m having severe itching with a rash Ang on a high dose of antibiotics and feeling very sick. It’s a shame I will never stay at your hotel again nether will my family. To save money you are not changing your sheets not caring for people’s health.
Very awful experience, this is my second trip to Reno and to the same hotel and for sure won’t stay there next time. Got put in a smoking room that smelt awful, made all our things smell like smoker. The floor was under construction, which they said they stay quiet and respectful to guests, that was very false as they were banging and be very loud right away around 530-6 am.
