Room was very small. Only one person can use
In room phone did not work exhaust fan in restroom did not work
The staff was really Rude to us, our keys were not working to get into the elevator and they wouldn’t not do anything about we had to share the only working key we had besides not doing anything they were rude the whole time from check in to check out, our room had urine on the toilet seat and our shower had a wet towel on the side….. really gross, there were several pieces of hair balls around the bathroom and carpet , we felt really grossed out for the price we paid to what we got

Hotel room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room. They offered the change rooms. Room was out dated but clean. Hot tub on pool deck not working. Front desk people very nice .
Not happy Had to call to get clean towels stains on sheets room smelled TV took awhile to turn on toilet dirty.
