It was better when it was Scioto Downs. Very few winners.
We've been going there for about 3 years now and have NEVER gotten any FREE PLAY in the mail at all. May have to start going to Hollywood instead.
They have those machines rigged.. Every since the been building that Hotel. All those � just take take take.
We have been to the buffet several it has never been good its usually cold and Wednesday the food some of it looked dried out and not appealing and a couple of times we threw the food up before we got out the door they really need to work on it
They need to keep their bars open later ! Seriously! We got thdte at 11::30 and everything was pretty much closed down . That's totally a disappointment to all people coming in later
The One Club needs improvement. Using the 12-month revolving window to point accumulation towards the next tier means that casual players or those without a lot of money to spend there will never achieve the next tier. I'm silver tier but would be gold by now if I didn't lose points every week. And my free play is ridiculous, I've been getting only $5/wk. for the past few months even though I spend at least $100/wk.
First of all, Racino is nowhere near as classy as the other casino in town. It just doesn't seem exciting when you walk in...no pizzazz. And their machines are extremely tight; which is all the more upsetting because there are no table games available. As for the buffet, it is absolutely terrible! Whoever decides on the daily menu should be fired. My old high school cafeteria had better selections. Finally, when it first opened I regularly received a nice free-play amount through the mail.
