Knowledgeable technician, however extremely pricey, I had two new torsion springs and cables installed for $703. Took approximately 1 hour to complete job .
The service provided by the technician was excellent and on time. He was courteous and professional. However, I felt the charges were very much out of what I have experienced as a realtor dealing with repair issues. $634 to replace the springs on a double door is about twice what is normally charged on homes to which I have been exposed. I will keep this in mind.
I called to let them know I had a problem with a recently installed garage door. They sent two people out, but early on I was concerned that they didn't seem to be their to fix anything, just to see what was wrong. The supervisor didn't seem to be knowledgeable enough to accomplish the repair anyway. I had to keep telling him where the issue was as he was looking in the wrong place. After ordering the garage door I was told it would be 2 to 2.5 weeks. At 4 weeks I had to call them to finally schedule the install. Overall the garage door looks good but not great. Small things like wires hanging down from the garage opener and finger prints left all over the glass would have improved rating.
Wonderful work and friendly people. They took care of me quickly and I appreciate their knowledge and experience in dealing with garage door problems. I highly recommend them.
