Over priced for work done. Spent less than 30 min to replace a garage door controller they didn’t even have the right match for. Charges over $200. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not use or recommend them again.

Very honest! Previous garage door repair person told me I need to replace the motor. The Precision Door technition told me the motor I have will last at least 10 years. He just oiled the gears/springs and my door no longer squeaks.

Never use these guys. I would give the zero stars if I could. They lie , cheat and overcharge for services. They charged me over $200 for a service call. They came out 3 times to fix a 5yr old opener they had previously installed. They could not fix it and want to charge me an ADDITIONAL $860 for a new opener. They would not even put the 200 towards the new opener. Needless to say, I called another company to do the repair!

Not too great. We were charged $600 for a garage door opener that retails for $245- So, $355 for a 45 minute install. New Springs were $550?!? Damage was done to the pre-existing support rails and drywall. Also, the installer left with both the outside and inside wall controllers hanging off and massive holes in both our exterior stucco and interior drywall. <p>I am leaving a 3 star rating because of the abusive price charged. Customer service was perfect, the installing tech was perfect, the company pricing is robbery. I had a broken spring, common practice is to replace both along with cables and bearings if necessary. Parts for the above run around $200. The install time was about 45 min, so even if the tech billed out $100 the total job should be $300, tack on profit and I would expect to pay around $375-$400 for a decent job to replace a broken door spring. My garage door spring broke with my car being stuck in it, and was unable to lift door. Contacted my warranty and never got a company to respond. I reached out to this company, and they scheduled me an appointment a few hours later showed up and did the job. Cudos to this company ????????

The are extremely expensive. I did not get a breakdown in what was parts and what was labor, thus I paid sales tax on the entire bill. I talked to Dominick and he couldn't break down the labor charge. I was charged sales tax for the entire cost, and in AZ we don't have sales tax on labor, so I was overcharged for sales tax. I paid more for ten rollers and springs than the average cost of a door replacement. The tech was efficient and seem to know what he was doing, but Precision price gouges.
