Excellent service!!! Called at 2am because our spring broke. They had Chris there at 845am and was repaired within a hour.. upgraded from one spring to two like it should have from the builder. Chris also inspected the rest of the door and lubed it as well.
Jay was super knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Arrived right on time as promised. Work was done perfectly. This time was for a broken spring, two years ago had them install the LiftMaster. Will continue to recommend them for their knowledge and expertise. Thanks!
My garage door broke on a Sunday morning, I went to the BBB site, and wrote down five different numbers for a garage door, out of the five Precision was the only one to answer their phone, they came the same day. The were able to get my car out of the garage, and on Wednesday I had a new garage door. My garage door is an extra large one, so I was quite surprised by the price, and how quick I received the door. It is beautiful, and very quiet, thank you Precision will let my family, friends, and neighbors know.
The technician Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, explained everthng in detail. Both Daniel and Ely were professional and completed the job in a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost I highly recommend this company for all of your garage door needs.
