Called Precision after reading reviews online. The person who answered the phone was professional and polite. I called at 2:00 p.m., and a technician was available by 4:00, the same day. The technician (Albert) arrived and immediately detected the garage door problem. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and swiftly installed a new opener. Very prompt, professional service.
Very prompt response with replacement of old opener within 2 1/2 hours of my initial call. Tech explained everything clearly and answered all my question.
The service man was polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors. The door opener works well now and it is very quiet.

Excellent service!!! Called at 2am because our spring broke. They had Chris there at 845am and was repaired within a hour.. upgraded from one spring to two like it should have from the builder. Chris also inspected the rest of the door and lubed it as well.
