The Phone person was very helpful and we got a reservation immediately. While the price was a little more than I expected, the technician doing the work was great. He installed a new motor and drive line to our main garage door and installed the old unit on our smaller golf cart door...finishing right on time. I would recommend him again.

The promptness was great. The work was good but the options offered by the technician were difficult to understand and very pricey. A better understanding of the options and a bit more reasonable pricing would have resulted in 5 stars.

Called Precision after reading reviews online. The person who answered the phone was professional and polite. I called at 2:00 p.m., and a technician was available by 4:00, the same day. The technician (Albert) arrived and immediately detected the garage door problem. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and swiftly installed a new opener. Very prompt, professional service.
Very prompt response with replacement of old opener within 2 1/2 hours of my initial call. Tech explained everything clearly and answered all my question.
The service man was polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors. The door opener works well now and it is very quiet.
