I believe that I received excellent service. The price was not the cheapest by far, but in these things one usually gets what they pay for. The technician put in a new opener and did a rehab on the existing door. As with most service agencies these days, the technician suggested an entire replacement (rather than repair) and the ubiquitous service plan. Thankfully, he did not push these options, but merely mentioned them as options. Overall it was an excellent experience and the door is working better than ever.

The Phone person was very helpful and we got a reservation immediately. While the price was a little more than I expected, the technician doing the work was great. He installed a new motor and drive line to our main garage door and installed the old unit on our smaller golf cart door...finishing right on time. I would recommend him again.

The promptness was great. The work was good but the options offered by the technician were difficult to understand and very pricey. A better understanding of the options and a bit more reasonable pricing would have resulted in 5 stars.
