The technician arrived on time. Very personable and articulate. Explained and showed me where the problems were. Put in new set of rollers on the door for $200.00. As the door was bowing when the door was open the technician put a new metal strut across the door to stabilize the panel for $200.00. Replaced the gear and sprocket in the motor for $249.00. The labor was $133.32. The technician did take $50.00 off for a competitors coupon. Total bill $732.32. Pretty pricey. Should have shopped around.

Great service from Josh yesterday. I had asked another company to come out...they claimed to have fixed my garage door, but from what I could see had done nothing. Josh came out, diagnosed and had it fixed within 45 minutes, and was polite to boot! Thank you!
The tech showed up on time, quickly assessed my needs, and installed a new garage door opener and springs in a timely manner and for a fair price.
I believe that I received excellent service. The price was not the cheapest by far, but in these things one usually gets what they pay for. The technician put in a new opener and did a rehab on the existing door. As with most service agencies these days, the technician suggested an entire replacement (rather than repair) and the ubiquitous service plan. Thankfully, he did not push these options, but merely mentioned them as options. Overall it was an excellent experience and the door is working better than ever.
