Such fast and considerate service!
I was very pleased with the work done on my garage door as the spring had broken. John and Eli were efficient and quick with their work which made one feel at ease about the work being done. I seem to be disappointed with price. I know the company is really excellent with the work however their pricing is a bit high. I would use them again if the need arises as I know they are very efficient. They also give a discount for AAA.

The technician arrived on time. Very personable and articulate. Explained and showed me where the problems were. Put in new set of rollers on the door for $200.00. As the door was bowing when the door was open the technician put a new metal strut across the door to stabilize the panel for $200.00. Replaced the gear and sprocket in the motor for $249.00. The labor was $133.32. The technician did take $50.00 off for a competitors coupon. Total bill $732.32. Pretty pricey. Should have shopped around.

Great service from Josh yesterday. I had asked another company to come out...they claimed to have fixed my garage door, but from what I could see had done nothing. Josh came out, diagnosed and had it fixed within 45 minutes, and was polite to boot! Thank you!
