Service was timely. Technician arrived ahead of time on the same day for a problem that wasn't an emergency. New operator installed and door/spring tuned up 2 hours after I called.
Service was very good - very much appreciated and will continue to use Precision Door Service for future problems.
When my garage door would not open at 7 am, I called several companies and had to leave messages but when I called Precision, they answered the phone! They scheduled my service for that morning, arrived promptly, was able to quickly diagnosis the problem and review the issues with me. Their work is warrantied also. Quality company with quality staff!
Such fast and considerate service!
I was very pleased with the work done on my garage door as the spring had broken. John and Eli were efficient and quick with their work which made one feel at ease about the work being done. I seem to be disappointed with price. I know the company is really excellent with the work however their pricing is a bit high. I would use them again if the need arises as I know they are very efficient. They also give a discount for AAA.
