All the reps from Precision were very knowledgeable in their fields. From providing quotes to fix a broken spring to the actual install of a new garage door. Everyone was on time/schedule and the cost was exactly as quoted. Would recommend for repair or new.

Quick response, fast friendly service, little pricey $500. for springs and cables but did not compare any bids! Overall very satisfied would recommend.
Service was on time and work done was top notch. The door works better than it ever has. My only reason for four stars was the cost of repairing a broken spring at nearly $800. A little on the high side for replacing the broken spring, the non-broken spring and a set of new rollers.
