Excellent service all the way through. We purchased a door, opener and had it installed even while we were on vacation.
Wonderful experience with Precision Door Service. The service person was very knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the results.
The repairman finished the job prior to ours early so he called and asked if he could come early, which we agreed to. When he arrived I explained our problems which he was able to correct in very short order. The repairman was extremely professional and efficient, and explained each step in the repair process. He also declined a cold drink even the temperature was in excess of 105 degrees until after he had finished the work. Daniel is a "real" keeper and represents the company's high standards!

Precision was terrific. They came out quickly to assess my door and were very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and communicated well with me. Door install guy was really nice too and did a great job and came when expected. Very happy with their service.
Had issues with my garage door opener, they were able to come out the same day(with in 2 hours) to give free estimate. Another service was going to charge and would not have been able to come until a day later. Was given the option to repair the old one but for the price I was given for new , I went with that option. Repair tech very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
I had an excellent experience with the company and Chris ( the tech ). On time, called ahead and quoted me serval options before settling on the least expensive! Door works as good as new!
Knowledgeable technician, however extremely pricey, I had two new torsion springs and cables installed for $703. Took approximately 1 hour to complete job .
Had a very positive experience with door system repairs. Will use this company again.
