Very positive experience. Great technician and materials.
Precision was terrific. They came out quickly to assess my door and were very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and communicated well with me. Door install guy was really nice too and did a great job and came when expected. Very happy with their service.
Had issues with my garage door opener, they were able to come out the same day(with in 2 hours) to give free estimate. Another service was going to charge and would not have been able to come until a day later. Was given the option to repair the old one but for the price I was given for new , I went with that option. Repair tech very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
I had an excellent experience with the company and Chris ( the tech ). On time, called ahead and quoted me serval options before settling on the least expensive! Door works as good as new!
Knowledgeable technician, however extremely pricey, I had two new torsion springs and cables installed for $703. Took approximately 1 hour to complete job .

New door and new operator were purchased and installed eight months ago. Recently system was malfunctioning. Service people realigned the safety sensors and that fixed the problem. They were attentive to my other concerns, checked the operation of the system and answered all my questions and concerns. It would be great if all businesses which provide equipment and services were as good as Precision Door Service.

The whole Precision team was wonderful to work with, nothing but the best from the. The garage door was on back order, but after the install finished the wait was most definitely worth it! It looks amazing! Installer was quick, clean and polite and did a hell of a job! Thank you guys
