New door and new operator were purchased and installed eight months ago. Recently system was malfunctioning. Service people realigned the safety sensors and that fixed the problem. They were attentive to my other concerns, checked the operation of the system and answered all my questions and concerns. It would be great if all businesses which provide equipment and services were as good as Precision Door Service.
The Teck was great. He explained everything that needed to be done. Excellent job!!
The whole Precision team was wonderful to work with, nothing but the best from the. The garage door was on back order, but after the install finished the wait was most definitely worth it! It looks amazing! Installer was quick, clean and polite and did a hell of a job! Thank you guys

I want to say what a great job Jay at Precision Garage did. He was very nice, explained all my options and repaired the door at the same time. He even was a little early to the appt! Great company and service.

Outstanding service
Had a garage emergency after our electricity went out. Opened the door manually and the cables snapped. Could not leave the door open overnight. Called Precision and they sent out a repair guy named Matt within an hour. He reviewed the situation, offered me a couple of plans to go with. I chose one and the garage was back in service that night. Matt reviewed with me all the replacement parts and showed me the original parts that were replaced. Very professional. Great guarantee on parts and labor.
