I had two garage door openers replaced recently and Precision door Service provided outstanding service. Arrived on time fixed, everything and left the area in excellent condition.
Johny was on time and identified the problem quickly. He installed the new opener and was professional throughout. I would use them in the future.
They were prompt, and performed a quality job.
Top notch service. They diagnosed the problem eight away, fixed the problem, done! These folks are good. They are the ones to hire.
Had a problem with my door. They showed up same day, and the door was fixed in 20 minutes. Can't ask for more than that!
**** arrived on time, was friendly and professional and fixed our problem in just a few minutes. He also lubed the door and checked the spring tension all with out being asked. Top marks!!!!
Response and Service was excellent. I called mid-morning about a broken garage door spring and the Technician (*****) was the before 4PM. He was quick and thorough. The job took less than 45 min. and the area was clean after the repair. I highly recommend their work.
My initial order for custom doors took just over two months to deliver and install- would have been fine except that the doors were not what I had ordered. Precision placed second order for correct doors which took another two months and were installed yesterday. So after more than 1/3 of a year to get what I paid for The correct doors are installed and Precision was professional at all points in the process. *****, from Precision Door, was prompt and courteous. He explained what the issues are with our garage door and the different plans, including cost, to fix those issues. He explained, while demonstrating, how the door and opener work so that I could make an informed decision on how much work I wanted done at that time. I really appreciate this kind of informative interaction.
