The latest service call with Precision Door Service was on 6-24-19. Simple enough, it was a straight forward annual check of all door and accessory parts. They installed the new door about 3 years ago, and as involved as it was from start to finish, I'd do it all over again. Great people to work with and they do know and do their jobs well. Prior to then, ****** installed two new openers when ours broke on a Sunday and did an outstanding job. The company works 24/7 and you are not charged more because of a weekend or holiday. We used them in New Mexico, so when we needed new openers and doors in Tucson AZ we called Precision. They are the best.
Customer experience met expectations and was very good. This includes scheduling, explanation of options, notifications, time frame estimates and technician work environment. The technician was knowledgeable, clean and efficient. I had a very old unit and system that required a fair amount of work to modernize. Very satisfied with outcome.
