Precision technician ***** explained the whole job prior to beginning, explained the difference between a chain drive and belt drive and was very clear with all questions and answers. We chose the belt drive and couldn't be happier.
When it came to the sales representative, they were a bit assertive, but accepted my decision to go with an item that was less than the top of the line. When it came to ordering, the sales representative told me it was generally about a week. About a month into waiting, I emailed them. I received a call back that same day and they set up an appointment for the next day. This left me wondering if I didn't call them, would they ever have called me. *****,the technician did an excellent job of explaining the problem with the garage door and offered several suggestionsThe repair was made in a timely manner The cost was a little pricey, but upgraded parts were used.
My appointment was booked for less than 24 hours after my call. Service man arrived on scheduled and had our door fixed in 20 minutes at half the cost I expected. Conpletely exceeded my expectations.
The technition was knowledgeable about the problem and was able to fix it fairly quickly. He was prompt and very helpful in fixing my garage door. I really appreciated that he called to give me an estimated time that he would be at my home. He called when he arrived at the house.
