We have never had a bad experience here ever. However, We came to see Incredibles 2 on Father’s Day. We placed an order and it came quick enough. Shortly after the movie started, we placed an order for bacon fries. I waited 50 minutes and decided to go check on the order. Not sure what happened, but they told us it would be another 15-20 minutes. I wished I had checked sooner. I realize mistakes happen and I don’t usually complain at all because I am not looking for something for “free”. I just want it right. I really wish t... read more

Ok... just hate having to get my seat on line and pay $2 extra to do it...but then again I am old school and what do I know. I am just a dinosaur. Book Club we should have waited for it to come out in Red Box, wasn't worth the $12 to see it at the theater.
Lobby beautiful. Love bar. Food station messy and stood there for 2mins before i2 yelled out who taking my order. Only 1 young lady spoke the other 10 rude employees said or did nothing. Poor customers service. Get to register same thing. 1 girl walked away. Closed her drawer. Young man charged me for my free popcorn. Food came cold with no condiments or sour cream I had to get up and miss movie to wait for mustard and sour cream. Fries were greasy. Bacon is imitation on cheese fries and made more grease. First time to the theatre was off to a bad start. The people next to us on the left were in the incorrect seat and I did try to confirm he was in the correct seat he said yes so I assumed I was in the right one. The people on my right side come in towering over me yelling for me to get out of their seat “you stole my seat!!” very rude. Lobby was nice and all, but the popcorn was horrible and the floors were sticky and nasty. It also seemed that the theater had not been cleaned out the night before because there was still garbage and popcorn stuffed under the seat rather than thrown out. Definitely wasn't worth the 30minute drive.
