Emagine Theaterhas been our favorite theater since it opened. Everything has always been pretty satisfactory up until today. We walked into the theater and the lights We’re on to full brightness for some reason. I was horrified to notice that there was pop spills everywhere on the chairs, popcorn all over the floor, paper towels and Kleenex stuffed in the filthy dirty cupholders. Bad ass place compared to amc....even marcus isnt as good...you guys have best seats out of all theatres but only complaint is when you order food and they tell u they will bring it to ur seat itd be nice if they didnt forget your order and i just got basic nachos they dont cook those smh work on that

Sunday was our first time at Emagine in Frankfort. We met other family members there for the 1:30 showing of Peter Rabbit. We were told that the seats were sold out except for way up front 2nd row from the screen, and that seats for our party of 5 weren’t available together. Throughout the movie, that back main seating area remained vacant. What was up with that?

The theater itself is nice but I wasn’t impressed with the food. The bacon cheese fries looked very good in the pic but they don’t use nacho cheese sauce...they put shredded cheese and by the time we got them the cheese was just stuck and it was one big glob of hardened cheese and fries 😐

I like that this theatre is close to home and prices are pretty good for the quality of the seating and the general cleanliness of the theater. But I have to say that the food quality is absolutely terrible. The "sliders" are basically frozen white castle sliders that are microwaved, maybe. The other things I've tried have been either cold or just taste awful. The cheese and caramel popcorn used to be great, but the last few times I've gone they have been terrible.
