Lobby was nice and all, but the popcorn was horrible and the floors were sticky and nasty. It also seemed that the theater had not been cleaned out the night before because there was still garbage and popcorn stuffed under the seat rather than thrown out. Definitely wasn't worth the 30minute drive.
I used to love this theater until the owners of this company became GREEDY! First they shrunk the size of the pizzas, but price is still the same. Now there is a $1 service fee PER ticket, even when you buy through the app, unless you join the Extras loyalty program that costs money to be a part of. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of hard working people! It already costs enough to go to the movies! This was my second time there. My first time to order food. I ordered chicken tenders bacon cheese fries, and a pepperoni pizza, popcorn and 3 drinks also a bag of skittles. For my nephew. Went in waited a while food finally came. No ketchup for my extra fries. No sauce for the tenders. And didn’t even bring the bacon cheese fries. The experience and comfort at Emagine are very good. However, we went to the first show of the day, Avengers in theater 10. The floors was extremely sticky and dirty. I was in row H, and I did not go to any other row, so I am not judging the whole theater, but one could wonder if all the floors are unclean.

Love the theater. Staff very friendly. Bathrooms are disgusting & not convenient during the show. That part was awful.
Theater is nice, popcorn and butter oil is horrible. Not enough workers at the concession stand and checkout. You need a good 30 minutes ahead of your movie to get your concessions. Food delivered to seat was cold. Wash rooms messy because the auto flush doesn’t work well and half the time the manual flusher doesn’t work.
