Beautiful space, great atmosphere and service, but no insulation between theaters?!!! We were watching Annabelle 2 and could hear dialogue from the theater next door to ours in really quiet and tense parts of our movie. I was disappointed in this...
Let me start off by saying the lobby in the theater is nice and welcoming. It was clean, the bathrooms as well are just as clean. Good first impression. Now the bad! The associate that handles the box office allowed a mother to buy tickets for a dozen or so underage teenagers who were extremely loud and obnoxious (and this was before the movie even started). When it started they quieted down a little. Yes I could have complained and someone finally did and the "manager" told them to be quiet. He should have ejected... read more

This was an awesome experience we came to see Detroit and then came back the next day to see Girls Trip!!!!!!! Excellent atmosphere
Yesterday was my first time there. I was the only one in line and I watched the cashier totally ignored me so I asked the young man was he going to wait on me and his response was not yet I am looking for something. I waited and waited a young lady came and waited on me. Beautiful place. You need experience workers. I expect great service wherever I sprend my money. I didn't get that. Won't be back nor will I recommend this place.

The theater itself is great and we have been coming here for movies majority of the time because it is so close but we are probably going to start returning to Marcus in Orland despite the drive. The last 3 visits to this theater there has been over a 10 minute wait for popcorn, it seems as though they need more help or a better system for those who just want popcorn and are not in line for food. Not really one to ever write a review, but after three visits I can say I was less than pleased with our experience. Our first visit during your soft opening in December was great, staff was pleasant and accommodating even though the ordering food setup is a little different than other theaters, there was staff telling us where to go. On our second visit, we were very disappointed, the staff was all in the area, but no one wanted to help us. They are not very handicapped/elderly friendly. Once you leave the lobby, there is not only no restrooms, but no seating down the halls.
