I understand change. But when I went to purchase my ticket the clerk told me I had to sit in the front row. I said no way that's it. I didn't know that all the theaters had been changed. She said there was only one seat left. Oh I should mention that even though she mentioned that it was sold out, at the end of the movie there were a lot of seats not filled. Really? Would've given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the valet guy who decided that he didn't have to look back when reversing and almost hit us. He then proceeded to get out of the car and yell at us. Hopefully he learns how to drive before he harms someone next time.

Prices are fine, theatres are nice, no problem with employees BUT the bathrooms are atrocious!!!! Never clean, no matter what time of day or night I go to a movie. I understand the dust in the bathroom from the construction; however, urine all over the toilets, wet floors, toilet paper, plugged up toilets, no paper towels, none of that is due to construction. If you want us to pay the prices for a nice theatre we deserve a clean bathroom. Employees with other responsibiliites should not be responsible for this, hire clea... read more
Guess theyre remodeling went yesterday to see a movoe with my daughters...no one smiled...rude staff and again should have stopped at $store paid 19$ for a popcorn and 2 drinks????more than what it costs to get 3 adults in the movies...sheesshhhh...smh
