Prices TOO high. I spent $25 for 2 at a matinee, 1 small popcorn and 1 water! They charge $1 for butter on your popcorn. I am sure most love the chairs but when you are just over 5 ft they are not comfortable. My feet dangled and it made my knees hurt.

The people we're not friendly at all. No one smiled. Waking in to purchase tickets. The lady was not nice and no smile. I was feeling pretty good that day until i walked in there... Went over to buy alcoholic drink and that woman was so soooo nasty with her attitude I didn't buy a drink and i wanted one so bad. Went to the concession stand and i swear these people here was like robots. Take your money and push u out the way with no smile no hello no thank you no nothing. Not sure about the recent changes. Seems the humans are being managed like cattle. The women's restroom was disgusting. Had to get an usher to request assistance. Hope improvements are planned soon.
As a movie theatre, I love emagine! Everything is great except for one thing!!! On the weekends, people from the Detroit/urban areas tend to come out this way to expierience a movie, and that's fine but the loud ignorant people that are loud and vandalizing this area ruins it for the people that actually live in the area. I can't go to the movies without getting security to quite down the people during the movie. I'm thinking about switching to brightons cinema
Although the Novi location is going through renovations, my last couple of visits have been unfavorable. The place was not as clean as it was. It's as though the management is too relaxed now.
Prices are awfully high - $35 for 2 people to see a matinee movie (12:45) with 2 drinks & a large popcorn ...... the popcorn & 2 pops were more than the movie tickets ...... won't be going back to this theater - can see the same movie for less money ........
