Currently waiting 10mins for pretzel bites!! I have an assigned seat and would think they would deliver just like another Emagine does....probably won't come back!! Also, if you want a quick popcorn refill you must wait in the regular line, I know yet another Emagine where that is NOT the policy!!!

The new recliners are remarkable. Customer service needs improvement or policy change. My son purchased 3 items = $13.50 (saved receipt that was given). My wife doubled back to grab an additional item & my son accompanied her. The cashier started to ring up all four items, my wife explained we just purchased these teo minutes ago in the adjacent line. He asked for a receipt & my son obliged. I understand change. But when I went to purchase my ticket the clerk told me I had to sit in the front row. I said no way that's it. I didn't know that all the theaters had been changed. She said there was only one seat left. Oh I should mention that even though she mentioned that it was sold out, at the end of the movie there were a lot of seats not filled. Really?
