Not very happy about our visit here. The very least they could do online is to let people know they were under construction. The place was a mess and the employees were not helpful at all in navigating the mess. We will not be coming back to any Emagine Theaters in the future due this unpleasant visit. On to Phenix Theater, much better experience there.

Charging "EXTRA" for butter? SERIOUSLY???? Plus, the theatre screen was small! We surprised my mother with the 35th Anniversary showing of, "E.T.". Next time, I'll stick with my instincts, and stay with AMC, at 7 & Haggerty. MUCH NICER theatres, bigger/better popcorn, and you can get your own butter. My husband doesn't like butter on his, and AMC has little plastic cups, with lids, so I can carry it. First, and last, time here!
My date ended abruptly while watching It. I had to leave the theater a hour into the show because I noticed a mouse running and jumping around the theater.

I brought tickets to see a movie and they double booked for the same seats and the movie was sold out and we had to leave the theater. I was so upset. It was embarrassing.
