I was disappointed in the way and time it took for staff to take food/drink orders when you are seated in your assigned seats. We went to see Star Wars on Saturday morning and our order was never taken. We waited for at least 15 minutes before deciding to get up and go to concession stand ourselves instead of waiting for someone who might never come to take our order. I went there last night with my 7 year old son to catch a late night movie. My experience with the concierge lady was really great she was friendly and professional. My experience with the concession stand associate was awesome she was really patient and friendly. The quality of the movie was great the only thing I was annoyed with was staff continued coming in and out of the theater never saying anything just really looking around the corner. The seats are wonderful. The food was awful. I paid $7 for a Caesar salad with nothing but lettuce. My nephew's wrap was too dry.
