They’re infested with roaches. We only stayed 2 out of 5 days. These are just some photos I have. If one room has them, then I’m sure all of them do.

Just stayed here for the week. Nice rooms, but needs updating. We have a long ride home, and called for a luggage cart, at 6:15 am and they said the bell hop will "be right up''. We waited 20 minutes, called again, and the guy said "I'm sorry but he isn't here yet, we didn't know he was running late". ONE BELL HOP??? I said I would come get the cart, because we need to leave, and he said, "You can't touch the carts", and refused to give me one. He said that he would send the bell hop "when he gets here"!!! Anti second amendment. They want to forcibly search everyones car, luggage, and personal effects. If not, you get fired...despite a 2008 law that says employees can carry lawfully in their cars.
Paid over $1300 for a 3 night stay. Their bellman entered my room TWICE while I was at the beach AND I had my Do Not Disturb sign on the door. He left someone’s dirty baby clothes on my kitchen counter where we EAT. Emerald credited me $100 and that was it. Unbelievable and DANGEROUS

We rented a Pent House 1306 When we checked into our room a picture was on the floor in the hall way and a dead roach was in the kitchen. We talked to the front desk and they said they had someone come spray while we were out touring the harbor. We had a mimosa bar we had done and opened a bottle of champagne the bottle was opened for 30 minutes and someone went to refill there drink and a roach came out the bottle.
